Took me 2 weeks to get an appointment for my air conditioner/ heating system. When I arrived they told me they were having problems with their computer system and didn't have me on the schedule with a non caring attitude. Won't be going back. Had trouble before with miscommunication. Long long waits at this place. Very disappointing place
Huge shoutout to Nazareth Ford Pro! Popped the trans in my 2024 F-350 (again), and these guys got me a brand new one installed and had me back on the road in just over a week. I’ve tried to approach this review as fairly as possible, but my experience with Fred Beans Kia has left me deeply disappointed. My 2017 Kia Sportage was brought in for a seized engine, and it has now been sitting at the dealership for over a month awaiting a warranty decision from Kia. I’ve incurred nearly $2,000 in rental expenses, and during that time I’ve received inconsistent communication from the dealership.
