I'm out of state and took advantage of Toyota sale and free shipping and ordered $2K on parts. One of the item was damaged clearly from shipping guy throwing boxes around. Contacted and helped by Mr. Maximus for a replacement, which is on its way now. No drama, no issues, quick service. Will order from them again when I need OEM parts.
Don't buy parts here. Their parts department doesn't seem to get anything done. I bought an in-stock item on their website on 06/04. They have it in stock at the store. And 1 week passed, they still haven't shipped it yet ; ( Called the parts department and he was saying he didn't have ETA and they were not Amazon that can ship orders ASAP.
The seller was okay, but their financial services people didn't really tried hard to help me approve. I felt like it was a waste of my time
