Wrong Steve the appointment was 1:15 we sat there for 2.5 hours then went to ask what was going on. Christy Rice was rude and unprofessional. As we was leaving she told us good luck on the part. News flash; got the part from Toyota on rivers for 3 hundred dollars cheaper.

Very very disappointed with this dealership, Bought a new tacoma 6 months ago, got a E mail stating my vehicle was due for its 5K maintaince schedule, I called and asked what does it include,They stated , oil change , ck out all fluids, rotate tires , and a 40 point inspection +, And asked me did I have any other concerns, I told them Yes, I do, The transmission has a few quirks that can lead to a Very dangerous condition, So I made a 2 week in advance appointment , When I got there, ( I live 125 miles away) (three hours of ... read more

As far as the attacking goes and throwing papers I've watched the cameras and will be more than happy to share that footage with you. I brought my car to be fixed after an accident. The technicians were awesome. The service manager struggled a little bit with his customer service. While I think he is extremely knowledgeable, it was clear he was new to a management role. There was a lot of miscommunication which lead to both of us getting extremely frustrated.
