Johnny, Tim, and Amer were amazing to work with. I got a great deal on what I was looking for immediately and would happily work with them again.
New car came with tint that was peeling. Locks broke after a year and was told it wasn't under the extended warranty I paid for because I was told it would cover everything.
Serviced CVT transmission issues, fun. It's not. Avoid vehicles with one because it's proprietary and annoying. Its dumb expensive and auto shops inconsistently refuse to deal with it. But there's 5 stars here. That's because I know it's a business and I'm reviewing the experience and result. Melinda Castrillo (Mindy) was my service manager by the end. Fred Anderson Nissan Raleigh staff has been excellent. Amir is a top tier and really looked out for us. We brought two cars from this location both quality cars and excellent customer service. Dee Dee was our sales rep, she was very personable and professional. The facility is clean and the car buying process is nerve wracking but these folks really treat you kindly . Thanks Amir and Dee Dee and the whole team. I'm so grateful to all of you!
