Booked my Nissan z into Fred Anderson Nissan of Raleigh. I have puddle lights from Nissan to have installed on my Nissan. I was told, DESPITE THE LIGHTS BEING NISSAN AND THE CAR BEING NISSAN, THEY ARE CONSIDERED AFTERMARKET BECAUSE THEY WERENT INSTALLED IN THE FACTORY !!!!!!! Great service, and the salesman had a great personality
I had recently decided to upgrade my 10 year old Nissan.I was shown a broad variety of styles and options.I was assisted by Blake and then Jordan as well.I was treated like family and they really worked hard to make sure I was happy with my purchase.Best buying experience I have ever had.And this is my 9th vehicle.

Scheduled a service appointment for an initial oil change on my new titan and was told over the phone it would be covered for free. Upon arrival to the service department I was informed that they would not honor that and that I would be charged for the service even after having the explicit conversation during the scheduling proccess. It's sad to see another business has lost the meaning of integrity. I will not be returning and will steer others clear.
