Went with a check light engine issue on my Nissan Rogue. I was not happy with the diagnosis and soon realized that they wanted to milk money by running additional tests. My customer support person was Lauren. When I came to pick the car up she wasn't even there. Texted her later to get more information since I couldn't see her at checkout and she didn't respond. Left my Car WORSE than when I brought it in. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR SERVICE!!!
Fred Anderson Nissan is the place to go even if you want something other than a nissan. i appreciate Drew and all of his managers for working with me to find the right vehicle. the whole staff was friendly and made sure i was satisfied. there was no rush and i felt welcomed. Recently had my car serviced and had the pleasure of being assisted by Chris. I was there for an oil change, but expressed concerns about my brakes and rotors. Chris was professional, attentive and listened to my concerns, properly notating the information to pass on to the mechanic. Luckily for me, I didn’t need brakes or rotors. All in all I had an excellent experience and would recommend this location.
