We had car issues with warranty coverage, their service department was amazing! They handled everything and were informative, very polite, they updated us regularly, and helped us with a loaner in the meantime. My daughter talked to Cecilia, a sales person, at Fayetteville Nissan, and made arrangements to test drive and hopefully purchase a Nissan Rouge today. My daughter lives 2 hrs from the dealership, and had told Cecilia, she would take a 1/2 day off work, to see this car they had on line. Cecilia assured her, she would have the car pulled in front of the dealership, waiting for her test drive. When we got to the dealership at 3:00, the agreed time of meeting, we were told that they sold the car 1/2 hour prior to our arriving. ... read more
