Decided on a car from Anderson and was told it would be delivered a week ago. Each day, another promise yet no delivery. I was told it was being detailed. Its being inspected. Called today(they never call you) and was told there is body damage that they may or may not fix. Ive requested a carfax for a week. To lie to someone about body damage is not only not professional, its criminal. Stay Away.
Purchased a 2022 Certified preowned Nissan Altima- 11/2023. ***** leaving a purse and shoes in back floorboard- I noticed the floorboard was soaking wet. Took the car the dealership, they suspected a leak around the window seal but refused to assist. Responded quickly - but car sold before I could see it.
Dealer responded, answered my questions and was very helpful. Ultimately I purchased my Armada at a different dealer that had a lower price

We had a terrible experience with Fred Anderson Nissan of Asheville. A couple of weeks after we bought our new Rogue sport in May 2023, we noticed an issue with our trade in loan. We notified them and heard back immediately. We sent them additional money to resolve the issue and they paid off the wrong auto loan and now there's missing money that should have been applied.
