Scammers 100%. STAY AWAY!!!!!! They sold me a Seltos with Aftermarket service plan and didn't tell me. Aftermarket service plan only allowed me to service at the Anderson Kia in Raleigh and no other. Next, I called them, and they agreed that after I cancelled the plan they would give me a check for the difference between what I paid and the refund which was 282 dollars.
