Scammers 100%. STAY AWAY!!!!!! They sold me a Seltos with Aftermarket service plan and didn't tell me. Aftermarket service plan only allowed me to service at the Anderson Kia in Raleigh and no other. Next, I called them, and they agreed that after I cancelled the plan they would give me a check for the difference between what I paid and the refund which was 282 dollars. I purchased a brand new Kia Sportage from Fred Anderson Kia of Raleigh this past Friday 11/20/2020. I had my Jeep Liberty for over 14 years and was not looking forward to this process. I did some research on line and found what I wanted. I was contacted by salesman Jeff Holden and it was smooth sailing from then on. Jeff had lots of patience and answered all of my questions. I requested my Kia Sorrento be towed here after it wouldn't start, because I used Fred Anderson Toyota before and found them good. I don't mind paying a little extra for something done right. Bottom line, I was charged $868.20 to replace a starter. I checked checked around, that is just price goughing. I paid it, but my recommendation is to avoid them like a Covid party in a Nursing Home
My experience with Anthony Sambrano made leasing a care so much easier he was very helpful and the day I went to pick my car up he explained a lot of options that I didn’t have before.

Wendell was very professional and not pushy at all. He worked with our budget and found us a great car. He was always available to text or talk too, even when the dealership was closed on Sunday. The finance guy was also very good. I definitely would recommend the dealership, and especially Wendell.
Our salesman was Lee McKoy and the General Manager was Jeremy! They are great to work with! They explained everything! We are now in a 2020 Sorento! Love it! This dealership is great!
