My opinion of Fred Anderson Hyundai has changed drastically. We just bought a used Hyundai Tucson at CarMax. It is a 2023 with 26,000 miles on it. The folks at CarMax assured us that the remaining 5 year 60,000 mile warranty would still be valid. When I went to Fred Anderson everyone in the service department said that there was no warranty because it was not a Certified Hyundai used car. I had a routine maintenance done on a 2023 EV. The only complaint is that the service was not entered into Bluelink by the dealership so I can’t get the reminder off of my Bluelink app. I’ve called several times but no results from the dealer. The service department seems not to care. This has been somewhat frustrating.
