This was my first visit here for an oil change and happily I found service to be great. I was checked in quickly and the family plan was explained to me again and with that I knew what would be covered today. It took less time than expected and checking out was a breeze.
Communication from the service center was downright atrocious! I dropped my car off on a Friday for an appointment, and I didn’t hear a single word for FOUR DAYS. The only reason I got any update at all was because I had to harass them with multiple calls. It was clear my car wasn’t even touched during that time. I had to miss work because I was left without a vehicle, and they didn't even bother to offer me a loaner car. Had an appt for oil change. Was greeted by Alex when I pulled in. He explained that he was going to get service rep. Came back out with very personable Mr Mike. Mr Mike took down details , explained the procedure and average wait time He asked if I had any questions and answered them all Waited in a clean waiting area where there was snacks , water etc Had an opportunity to continue reading my book in a comfortable chair.
