I called about an issue with the furnace pressure switch and the owner took the time to help me troubleshoot the problem over the phone. He didn't have to do that and could have either blown me off or set up an appointment. I appreciate such honesty and great customer service, something that is often lacking in this world. If I have any future issues where I need repairs done, I know who I will be calling.
