Very poor customer service. Fail to respond to customers. Not polite.

The CEO Don and project manager Scott have no integrity or morals. They sent 2 technicians to our jobsite to do a site visit and spent less than 10 minutes on site. They told my site superintendent incorrect information regarding the equipment needed for this work. We rented the proper equipment for them to use (costing us over $1k), only to have them no-call, no-show. I was forced to find another contractor to help me and when I let freASS know this, they retaliated with a bogus invoice for supposedly $1,000 worth of labor ... read more
