I do not recommend this gym. I got injured while working out at their facility, and even though they knew what happened, no one even asked if I was okay. I couldn’t go back for two months because I was still in pain and my doctor told me not to exercise, but they kept charging me and refused to cancel my contract. They only care about getting paid. My advice: DO NOT SIGN ANY MEMBERSHIP PLAN WITH THEM.
Excellent experience we had today as our first class! They are very helpful and push you every time. Manuel is a great coach 💪
Excellent CrossFit gym! The atmosphere is very welcoming and motivating, and the classes are always well organized. A special shoutout to Coach Nick — he’s the best! He’s incredibly friendly, attentive, and patient. He always takes the time to modify and adapt the workouts for all fitness levels, making sure everyone feels comfortable while still being challenged. You can tell he genuinely cares about everyone’s progress. Highly recommend this gym, especially Coach Nick!
Absolute gold. Everyone at this gym is so kind and welcoming. There is a back area for open gym pretty much available all day. I mostly used this when I was visiting from out of the . But I also dropped into a class and it was SO much fun. The coach was an accommodating in every way, and every knee in class was so warm and friendly. 10/10, no notes
Awesome gym! Staff is nice, approachable, and knowledgeable of exercise. Clean and well maintained gym equipment and area. Has everything you need!
