Excellent CrossFit gym! The atmosphere is very welcoming and motivating, and the classes are always well organized. A special shoutout to Coach Nick — he’s the best! He’s incredibly friendly, attentive, and patient. He always takes the time to modify and adapt the workouts for all fitness levels, making sure everyone feels comfortable while still being challenged. You can tell he genuinely cares about everyone’s progress. Highly recommend this gym, especially Coach Nick!
Absolute gold. Everyone at this gym is so kind and welcoming. There is a back area for open gym pretty much available all day. I mostly used this when I was visiting from out of the . But I also dropped into a class and it was SO much fun. The coach was an accommodating in every way, and every knee in class was so warm and friendly. 10/10, no notes

Started going to Freakin in February of this year and I am so glad I found it! The commercial gym has everything you could need and the 24/7 access has been incredibly convenient for my schedule. The classes are also great and are always different which has given me the opportunity to try new things. The staff and coaches are always very friendly and supportive. The community is very welcoming and I am grateful to have found a new gym to call home 💙
Freakin Fitness is the best gym in Pembroke Pines! The facility is large, always clean, the coaches are knowledgeable, and friendly, and the community is welcoming and motivating. The classes start on time and are well organized. They offer a variety of fitness options, including CrossFit, Hyrox, and traditional 24/7 commercial gym equipment, so there’s something for everyone regardless of fitness level. I highly recommend this gym!
