Price and built quality is ok but if you want a good yard then better not get it done by these guys. Small yard, no problem but big size yard is not their forte. I had to spend an extra $30k just to get my yard and fence fixed and the company won't take responisbility of their sub standard work all around.

I entered into an off-the-plan contract with FRD, paid the deposit, and engaged a lawyer to review the contract. However, FRD later informed me of their mistake: they misread the land contract and failed to realise that building dual keys was not allowed. While FRD's initial prices may seem attractive, be prepared for hidden costs and ongoing maintenance issues that will quickly outweigh any savings. We've been constantly dealing with defects since moving in, from cosmetic issues like color schemes and landscaping to more serious problems like faulty appliances and structural issues. My experience with FRD Group was amazing. For my first investment property there was so much that was unknown to me, however Dwade, Pascal and the team walked me through the entire process, had everything organised and I don't think the process could have gone any smoother.
