Amazing customer service.
Mr. Frazier’s attention to detail is impeccable. He is gifted in design and craftsmanship. His workers are kind, hardworking and honest. His team is great. They are capable of completing any size project. They show up on time and work hard. We were staying in the home during the work and they made it convenient for us while they were finishing up the project.
I could not recommend this company for general plumbing work as the worker who came for the job had to make two trips to fix the sink leaks, the second time being for something that could’ve been eyed by observing the pipes while the water ran. Days later I realized that there were still leaks in two other spots so I had to hire someone else to come in to ultimately finish the job.
