Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Will not be back, would not recommend to anybody.

Joe, I'm sorry you feel that way. Being a local family owned small business, we are here for our customers that actually purchase their products on from us, not on line and then want to use our knowledge and resources. We deal with this on a daily basis and had to draw the line somewhere.
The way bike shops should be. They treat you like family, know their stuff, and go out of their way to help you. Won't go anywhere else.
Tim and Lisa are wonderful people to deal with, they treat you like family, highly recommended!

I bought a ninja in 2013 and have to say that these are very good people to work with, very helpful and have good deals on new and used bikes plus the service is very good. Definitely would recommend them to anyone.

The best Kawasaki dealership there is, great service, great prices, you guys have treated us wonderful for many years and it is so appreciated.
