Russ H. and his apprentice Aiden came out today to fix an air flow problem we were having. They both were so kind, respectful and personable. Russ talked me through everything and they showed me how everything worked. I was even asleep when he arrived and he waited a couple extra minutes for me! Him and his apprentice were very respectful and kept their shoe protectors on in our home without us having to even ask, asked before entering any rooms of our house and answered every question I had! Very pleasant experience!
Russ was patient and personable. He was knowledgeable and explained troubleshooting options which lead to solving the blower fan noise issue.
