Russ did an excellent job, he was very friendly and answered my questions. My wife and I are looking forward to seeing him again in the spring when we have our air conditioner checked out.

After giving me a quote which took a while, I made the selection of the new air conditioner unit I wanted. After calling 3 times to schedule installation and also emailing several times, I got zero response. So I'm going with a different AC company that has been extremely responsive (same day appointment and quote). And the installation is already scheduled. Cannot recommend Frazier and their yearly maintenance program enough! Russ was super knowledgeable and patient with my questions. He even called a Frazier plumber on speaker when a question about my furnace arose. Russ was thorough and outlined next steps for solving a humidity issue. It’s my first year as a homeowner and having great technicians like Russ make “scary” issues feel like a breeze!
