I love the couch that I purchased in may. But what sets this business above the rest is their care for the customer. I just received a thank you card in the mail with 10% off my next purchase. Yes I understand that is an incentive, but it was hand written versus text from a computer. It shows that they truly care about the customer... so with that being said, way to go!!!
Just made our second purchase within a couple months and we are very pleased with all three of the items purchased. Customer service was exceptional and delivery was on time and professional. We will continue to use Frazier’s for our furniture needs.
Great people, nice looking furniture, but the two pieces of wood furniture I have bought have not withstood even minor use in just a few days. Flaking off finish is not acceptable for me for furniture that is not inexpensive, but alas is made in Asia. I cannot shop there further because the wood furniture purchases I have made there are either returned or eaten.
One of the best stores in NH. Very well displayed fine furniture with a highly trained staff!
Very responsive. Quick and easy sale and price easily beat online alternatives and my desired item was in stock. Did I mention the price was great and it was in stock? Score one for keeping business local!
