By far the most unprofessional office I have contacted. Had a call set for a week with David and several CPA’s of mine to organize a new business. The day of the call David was extremely unorganized on his end and was confused about numerous things we previously discussed. Wasted time for several people, for something avoidable. Claimed he specialized in this field but has very little knowledge or confidence in anything we discussed. Highly recommend staying away.
We needed to organize our assets, life wishes, and end of life planning. We met Kelsi and she was very encouraging and listened to our needs and wants. The result was the creation of a trust, something we knew little about, but she walked us through the process and how execute the traffic in and out of the trust. It was a great experience, and we are grateful for her help.
I couldn’t be more pleased with Kelsi Lane’s representation of me as executor in a probate case. She clearly explained the process and timeline, worked diligently to keep expenses to a minimum, and stayed in regular contact until the estate was closed. During our interaction, she was quite rude and made it clear from the start that I would not be allowed to speak directly with Mr. Fitzpatrick. She became visibly stressed—so much so that she struggled to spell her own name correctly, which was frankly a bit surprising for someone in her role.
