I submitted all of my vehicle information and paid the fee. And nothing.. I can’t log in and I can’t reach anyone because there’s no number and the website won’t allow me to finish the puzzle that proves I’m a human and not a bot. So it’s safe to say I got scammed.
I have a problem with the $2.99 transfer fees that are placed everytime I want to move my money from the branch account to my own personal account. Also the 48 hour wait time for payments to be processed after the delivery is completed is preposterous. Most other gig apps payout immediately after the delivery is completed unless the customerdriver's. 24-hour opportunity to post tips to the drivers.
Signing up process takes entirely too long..also have issues signing up and there is no one to help you not a number u can call and the service chat dosent help at all has u waiting forever also..
