I ordered flowers yesterday as a surprise gift, and they were left outside in the pouring rain with no notification to the recipient. By the time they discovered them hours later, the flowers were completely destroyed and the card was a soggy mess. I ordered a bouquet for pick up on a Tuesday morning, then our schedule changed last minute and we needed to collect the flowers sooner. Fraulein’s flowers were absolutely amazing and had the bouquet ready by the end of the day, despite the inconvenience. They were so patient, friendly and accommodating, and the arrangement was absolutely stunning and very competitively priced. We will definitely be shopping here again.

Wow I got in touch with Mary about a last-minute custom arrangement for a funeral using a reference, and she absolutely knocked the reference out of the park! Mary was very helpful and accommodating and I was blown away by the arrangement - will definitely be back 🤗
