Came quickly and came prepared.
So rude on the phone do not work with them they are problematic.
This outfit is Very dishonest. They tried to charge us $400 to swap out two outdoor lights and a receptacle that we provided. Sent two guys out. One which didn't help with the Install so we paid for him to stand around. !96 an hour! Also charged us for time driving to the job. Thats called a service fee. I would HIGHLY recommend you use another service.
I booked Frater's Electric once and they didn't show or call. When I called, the receptionist apologized and rebooked my appointment. They didn't show again or call. Gave the same excuse that they had emergencies and were just really busy. If you want an electrician to show up, Frater's is not a good bet.
