My husband and I received 4 fraud charges in the few months we banked there. The last one being for $481 charges. The bank failed to offer any assistance other than telling us the bank is declining it as a fraud charge due to the fact they used my husband name and email address. I came in asking to get change because I work next door. The front desk lady was immediately rude and said "We don't do that here". Okay. So you don't give people change for cash at a bank? Bank of America across the street helped me out just fine.

Have banked with FOP Credit Union for 40+ years. Always have been happy with their friendly, efficient employees and great service. 2025. Still a great place to bank.

I cannot believe that I got robbed/swindled by the F.O.P. C.U. I ''was''account#214, joined in the basement of the Police Station, all the Credit Union had was a table, chair,and a safe. I used the credit union on and off for over 54 years and now they don't know me.... Can't deposit to my account and was told I don't have an account! I asked about my membership fee, and was told my account must have gone dormant and was closed..... I was a paid member how can you just count me out! See you in Civil Court!
