So far experience has been terrible. Willing to update review if should change and actually get response and action, but we are very frustrated and hopefully this review saves someone else this headache. This company did the siding and roof insurance repairs on the home we purchased in December (4 months ago). They did not do cleanup (insulation, screws, nails, garbage, siding bits everywhere) and even though have sent us a warranty, will not schedule the required repairs to the work they did (e.g. exposed fasteners and loos... read more
I’ve dealt with Fratello twice now. Once for a repair 5 years ago and recently for a new roof. Both times were very good experiences. Ardit is very responsive and great to deal with and they do a good job. Highly recommend
