DO NOT SIGN WITH FRATELLO - My son lived here for three years and I always talked about how great they were with communicating and being responsive to needs. Then we moved out. We cleaned the apartment to the point that it was cleaner than it was before we moved in (I know everyone says that but it really was). After all that work, they charge us $180 to clean the walls.
