True definition of a mom and pops restaurant. My family has been coming to Fratellis for years and have always had an amazing meal. My go to order is the Tortellini al Pesto with chicken added. This is hands down one of my fav pasta dishes anywhere! The other star of the event is the garlic rolls. My pizza was delicious, but my husband did not like his ziti. It was not prepared in a casserole dish like we see in other Italian restaurants. It was ziti in a bowl, too cooked no cheese (or bechamel sauce).
