They do a very nice job. My medium rare steak was cooked perfectly. The service is very attentive and the entire place is immaculate. I've been in the kitchen and the walk in and they are both as clean as the dining rooms.
Always a good meal. Love Fratelli's! Our Friday night go to!! If you haven't tried it, do so, you won't be disappointed.
