the best pizza in Georgia for us Northerners! just like home. the white pizza is also to die for; and the eggplant rollatini (sp) is the best I ever had. the owners are so friendly & make you feel like part of the family.

We love the food. But for the second time the service has been horribly slow. I hope the service improves. If not we will find somewhere else .
Food GREAT...... Service Terrible. Hospitality NON EXISTENT, almost to the point of RUDE. Management people look at you waiting, and do nothing. Lunch took, 1hour and 15 minutes. Only 4 tables of patrons at the time. SO SAD. But, the restaurant fits in with almost every restaurant in Snellville. I hope they make it, but, not from my patronage.
My husband and I cane in this evening, around 6:30 - 6:45. We sat for at least 5-10 minutes, before being greeted at all. We finally got greeted because we flagged down a waitress (Samantha) from a different section. Samantha went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure we were taken care of at that point. She was awesome! It was amazing went 2 times this weekend! Highly recommend
We went in for lunch on Friday around 130p. It was our first time trying fratellis! Our waiter was terrible, he said he forgot we were there, Now mind u there were only 4 tables in the whole restaurant. We waited and waited and 45 minutes later we still had no food. We finally had to get our order to go because we were going to be late picking our kids up from school. When he FINALLY brought our order for to go, he left out the salad.
