Best pizza ever. Service great. Live in Phoenix and drove up for a concert so made sure went and had pizza there

Three-ish years ago we ordered 4 gluten free pizzas and 2 were so burnt that they were inedible. I naturally called back and they said it's because gluten free ones have to cook longer, but they were seriously burnt and we'd ordered dozens of pizzas previously that were GREAT. I asked for replacements and brought the burnt ones back (we lived a block away) and they still tried to say charred dry crust was normal (despite the other 2 pizzas being fine!).
