I’ve read the sign on the door re: Covid rules and then I walked in to ask for patio seating and instead I got yelled at by whoever was behind the counter to go back outside and try reading the sign again but I’m not sure how to get seated on the patio if nobody will help you!! LOL.

I've had alot of good pizza at all the Frattelis locations, but the poor service outweighs the bad sometimes. Ordered slices, online at 1745, pulled into the parking lot and called in at 1751, told the girl o had an order, gave my name, phone number, and vehicle description. Called again 32 mins later, asked why its taking so long to get slices. He tells me they stopped serving slices at 1600. Wish I had been told that when ordering, or the first time I called. amazing! I always get pizza and salad here when I go through Flagstaff!
The place is a little bit of a dump, but don't let the looks fool you.... we got the Chicago pizza, and it was incredible!
The best Pizza in Flagstaff!! Fun friendly atmosphere, get busy though so be aware!
Fine mix and portions, savory grub for the common folk..
