Great value – We have been buying from Fratelli for over 5 years. Never had a problem with coffee or service. Beans are always fresh and roast is consistent. Customers love the coffee, need I say more....
The worst at customer service – I start as a Fratelli in '92. Good product fair price,then. After Lee bought into the company everything went down hill, especially the service. We pulled our brewers and started buying from another company regular and decaf. Then our espresso , now we won't buy flavored from them either. I spent $750 to have them overhall my espresso machine. and them 3 weeks later when the group head started to leak Lee told me "well we didn't replace that so you have to buy the part and pay service charge t... read more
