Dr. Fratamico is excellent! He’s friendly, professional, and makes sure I’m comfortable throughout the whole process. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, and I always feel well taken care of. Highly recommend!
The most ignorant person i have ever had the displeasure to speak with on the phone. Will cut you off while your speaking and when its brought to his attention he wants to say “lets be frank either your coming on your not”. Id never speak to someone in that tone when If I were the professional in his position. Obviously I was referred to the wrong person because his mannerisms are lacking on every level.
Dr Fratamico has worked on me for many years. I have only good things to say about him. My wife decided to go to Dr Fratamico and couldn't be happier. Dr Fratamico's chair side manor makes going to the dentist much easier. I give Dr Fratamico with my highest recommendation.
He does not have a dental hygienist. He cleans your teeth himself & does only an ok job. He wanted to charge me $ 30 to get a copy of my own X-rays sent to another dentist when I wanted to leave.
No stars! He canceled my appointment as well ass my husbands because I did not call and confirm with him. I asked him if he gave our appointments away and he said his schedule changed. He probably went golfing! I took a vacation day from my job to see him. I waited almost a month for the appointment. Then he said I had to call him next week to reschedule. I will never go to his office!!!!
