I have to leave a 1 star review for them for the very unfair beahaving with us as carriers. we booked a load with Brycen from New Orleans to Houston, we came to the shipper 110 mile from Hattiesburg MS to shipper, we waited for almost 2h then apparently that address was wrong, we came to the good address after they gave us and that was too late to get that load. we late because of them fault, they did agreed on it, I was friendly and offer them pick that load next morning and do it straight if they can load as very quickly, ... read more

Minus 1 if I could give a negative number. They are horrible employers. They make their drivers pay for gas and then pay them back in their paychecks which is taxed. So they never truly get their funds back for the gas. I will be rating them on every site possible because they should be out of business. Crooks is an understatement.

This place is a classic example of what happens when you let HR Karens run the show. Access is difficult in and out, because the property has three exits, but they chained two of them shut, just to make our lives difficult, and for no reason other than their convenience. Disgraceful, as usual.

Very unprofessional brokerage. Jacob Perkins was the broker who we booked the load with. He forgot to inform the receiver about the appointment and our driver had to stay layover until next day. When we asked for layover compensation which is $250 industry standard. He told our dispatchers he doesn't care about how much other brokers pay for layover and hang-up the phone then sent an updated rate confirmation with $150 layover added. This is how these brokers are stealing your money. Please be warned
