Came at appointment time and was unloaded in less than an hour. Really nice lady's at the receiving office. Don't come too early not a lot of parking
I have to leave a 1 star review for them for the very unfair beahaving with us as carriers. we booked a load with Brycen from New Orleans to Houston, we came to the shipper 110 mile from Hattiesburg MS to shipper, we waited for almost 2h then apparently that address was wrong, we came to the good address after they gave us and that was too late to get that load. we late because of them fault, they did agreed on it, I was friendly and offer them pick that load next morning and do it straight if they can load as very quickly, ... read more
Shit company We book loads with them We come to deliver but they told us it’s a drop trailer We never agree that After we agree with broker come back to shipper and they will pay us extra money for that No one will send us that and they stop answer in the phone NO BOOK LOADS WITH THEM
Avoid this place at all costs truckers nightmare check in at 6 dint get to a door till 11:20 trucks every where super tide to park a lot of drivers going to the office regularly to ask for a door
Very unprofessional brokerage. Jacob Perkins was the broker who we booked the load with. He forgot to inform the receiver about the appointment and our driver had to stay layover until next day. When we asked for layover compensation which is $250 industry standard. He told our dispatchers he doesn't care about how much other brokers pay for layover and hang-up the phone then sent an updated rate confirmation with $150 layover added. This is how these brokers are stealing your money. Please be warned
