My favorite is the BBQ chicken. The service is fantastic and supper friendly.
I ordered the brisket, which would have been great, except they shave all the "bark" off to sell as "burnt ends". If you know meat that's where all the flavor from the dry rub, and smokiness from the BBQ is. If the owner entered his brisket in a competition he would NEVER shave off the bark, why do it to your customers!? Having not tried the burnt ends I can't say whether the brisket is seasoned well or smoked properly. Great service and generous portions.
Went for lunch, everything (ribs, cole slaw, baked beans, & gooey butter cake) was excellent! The wait staff was exceptionally friendly and made us very comfortable. Couldn't have had a better lunch anywhere in the city.

Came from Las Vegas to see the St Louise Cardinals play and Frasher's Smokehouse is the best rib place to eat.

Brisket was tender and moist, gumbo is awesome, cornbread was incredible, and sucked the rib meat right off bone. Live about 30 minutes away but try to stop in when I'm in in that area and work my way thru the menu! Don't forget the gooey butter cake for desert!
