We are disappointed with our experience with Fraserway regarding a leak in our Northern Lite. Fraserway had our unit for a week to inspect and repair the leak. We paid for the repair, but unfortunately, the leak continued afterward. Fraserway did ask us for additional information about when and how the leak was occurring so they could investigate the problem further. I brought my Northern Lite camper to them for a leaking window. And advised them of extended warranty ( which from what I am told is useless in this situation } They call ma a day later saying he caulking was bad on the window and they would add some caulk and test and notify me. They failed to call me when I reached out to them they forgot to call but said I was good to go. I pick up the unit and after a few rains storms I checked on the repair, It was soaked inside the window so I cleaned it off and went to work trying to ... read more

Excellent fast service. Very thoughtful salesman Giles helped us out he messaged back right away. Also messaged me to let me know the rv I was going to drive 8 hrs for had sold so I wouldn't waste my time driving all the way up for nothing. We still drove up and he sold us the perfect rv. Would definitely work with him again
