I returned a rental RV here and was charged $750 because it had a chip in the windshield. The chip is so small it may have been there when I picked it up, or it may have happened while I had it, this I cannot be sure. But even if it did happen while I had it, is it reasonable and appropriate to charge someone $750 for it? I was quite surprised to find out they would answer yes.
