I describe my experience over two rental experiences with Fraser RV as a product that wants to be an experience company, but chooses to be a rental company at the customer's expense. The Leduc (Edmonton) team did a great job for us. Fraserway as a company had great customer call in for booking and support as well as more competitive pricing for better RVs. Watch for other companies marking up ad ons which end up in a much higher final price vs. Fraserway. The only negative or reason we may think twice next time is a before 11.30am drop off time policy.
