I am the owner of a 2023 Winnebago EKKO which has a poorly designed electrical system that has required 2 recalls so far and many owners have had to return to their dealers multiple times to sort out these issues and I am one of those owners. Recently had my RV in for service. I found the staff very pleasant and easy to deal with. They were able to get my RV in right away. The repairs were done, and I was satisfied with the work done. I have been going to Fraserway RV for many years for Sales, Service, and Parts and have always enjoyed my experience with them.
Found our unit we hoped for in our first 2 weeks of retirement. We had some issues and miscommunication however they were quick to correct it and sincerely were concerned we left happy. All the details taken care of right on site, quick and seamless.
