This is great place with really good people to service you.
Madi in Service worked tirelessly to try to get a workmanship issue covered by warranty going above and beyond her normal service advisor duties. She is the best. Sadly, Shadow Cruiser and its parent company Heartland RV, a subsidiary of Thor industries would not take responsibility for the workmanship issue on our trailer that I feel the 3 year structural warranty specifically stated should be covered. Overall it’s ok. But way overcharge on warranty and some service. Bought a brand new recently. I would purchase from them again but just need to be more careful
