Not impressed.
I had come to Fraserway Abbotsford to acquire some parts for my Jayco tent trailer camper. When I arrived, the parts department was closed because it was after hours. Johnny, the GM happily offered to assist me & opened up the parts department!! He was incredibly helpful, courteous, and made sure he found all that I was looking for. I highly recommend Fraserway Abbotsford for all of your RV needs. Thanks again Johnny!!

Absolutely horrible, Mark in the parts department couldn’t figure out how to do a basic return on an item purchased the day before. Clearly more work needs to go into training employees with accepting cash and doing a basic refund. When purchasing the item the night before the employee had a difficult time counting 205.00 in cash. Not sure what this world is coming too but for a 50+ year old employee to have this amount of difficulty is utterly embarrass for your company. Finally decided to get into the RV game and dropped into Fraserway again. We had been looking occasionally at different options for awhile and decided that if we could find a suitable unit, we would seriously consider purchasing.
