Tim and his team have done a fantastic job on my rental property. I had a very big issue along the fenceline causing bloked pipes in the house. Tim was extremely fast to respond, getting out there the same day, and informing me of the major issues and how he planned to resolve them, as well as a price indication. Totally rude and arrogant slamming my screen doors turned off my freezer to power up his tools lucky I realised and put my freezer back on dust was left every where rubbish left in my bin not happy at all
Work carried out was not done how we discussed and agreed to on the phone, was extremely difficult to deal with and the workmanship was low in quality (p clamps and compression fittings left loose, dog boards cut and left off the house and rubbish and tools were left behind). I won't be using them again.
If you are over 50, forget about getting up on the roof to service your swampy. We are so happy to have Fraser's Plumbing come and do that for us, they were here the same day as we called (don't wait until it's hot already), very efficient and the job is done. Now we are ready for Summer. Bring it on.
