Highly recommend, both for young kids and adults. The staff here are incredibly helpful and kind, the space is modern and quiet.
I've seen 2 different receptionists, 2 different hygienists and 3 different dentists here. And I honestly don't understand how everyone is so empathetic, kind and thoughtful in their approach. If I was an HR company, I would take notes from this dentist's office, because they are clearly very purposeful in hiring people in every facet of their operation that go above and beyond for their patients. If I could give 6 stars, I would.
I went to get a cleaning today and the dental hygienist made it feel like I was being tortured. I've never experienced so much pain for a simple cleaning. When I gave feedback she ignored it and continued to be rough with the cleaning. I gave feedback to the front desk staff and was brushed off and dismissed. They seemed like my bad experience was an inconvenience to them and would rather me go to another dental office than to listen to my concerns. I've been going to Fraserhood dental for a little while now and I love it, especially because my last dental clinic really traumatized me. Everyone here is so kind and careful. I had a filling done with Dr. Lu a few days ago and I am BEYOND happy with it. I've had a few fillings over the years and this is by far the best anyone has done, I honestly don't even know which tooth it was because she did such a seamless job. Thank you so much!!
