I've seen many dentists over the years and Dr. Tsao is my all-time favourite! I moved away from Vancouver a few years ago and Fraserhood Dental is one of the things I miss most from my old neighbourhood. I have tricky gums but every visit was pain-free, and dare I say, fun? Every staff member was friendly and attentive. My partner and I still talk about how much we enjoyed our conversations and visits with Dr. Tsao. Wished we lived closer!
My family and I have been seeing Dr Tsao for close to 4 years now and even though we have moved out of the area, we will not be changing! Dr Tsao and his team are truly exceptional - kind, patient, thorough and gentle, they truly listen and care about their patients. The front desk staff - Tracy and Ida - go out of their way to help schedule appointments and manage insurance claims, and are always so friendly and helpful. Dr Clive Bethel has created a friendly professional dental clinic with great attentive staff. There is ample parking in the area and the staff are welcoming, gentle and friendly (especially their most friendly Golden greeter...a welcomed addition to a professional location).
