I went to get a cleaning today and the dental hygienist made it feel like I was being tortured. I've never experienced so much pain for a simple cleaning. When I gave feedback she ignored it and continued to be rough with the cleaning. I gave feedback to the front desk staff and was brushed off and dismissed. They seemed like my bad experience was an inconvenience to them and would rather me go to another dental office than to listen to my concerns. I've been going to Fraserhood dental for a little while now and I love it, especially because my last dental clinic really traumatized me. Everyone here is so kind and careful. I had a filling done with Dr. Lu a few days ago and I am BEYOND happy with it. I've had a few fillings over the years and this is by far the best anyone has done, I honestly don't even know which tooth it was because she did such a seamless job. Thank you so much!!
There is no place more awesome or trustworthy! A warmer and friendlier and more caring and helpful staff you could not find! It’s a dental visit you won’t dread! Especially if you meet the furry comfort specialist, Griffin! You will always leave your apt smiling bigger and brighter!
I've seen many dentists over the years and Dr. Tsao is my all-time favourite! I moved away from Vancouver a few years ago and Fraserhood Dental is one of the things I miss most from my old neighbourhood. I have tricky gums but every visit was pain-free, and dare I say, fun? Every staff member was friendly and attentive. My partner and I still talk about how much we enjoyed our conversations and visits with Dr. Tsao. Wished we lived closer!
