Showed up same day to measure for a quote. steve even went up on the icy roof and secured my tarps that had come off in the overnight wind. Very appreciative of that kindness.
We have used FVR multiple times now and they are the only company we would trust in the future. They did the replacement on our previous home and have since done repairs on our new home (that was a hack job from another company) and have been great all around. The team there is an awesome and takes pride in what they do and the admin in the office has been so helpful with my questions (and then more questions).
I had my roof replaced by them in 2018. Service was great, fast and cost effective. Recently I have a leak. I have connected with the office staff twice and had been told that I would be ‘short-listed’ because I they had done my roof by them. I have not heard back from anyone at Fraser Valley Roofing regarding coming to check out the leak OR repairing it. Worst .... they lied about being finished and then demand payment anyway. They didn't vent our roof properly when installing the metal roof so in time we would have mold. So if you had a roof done by these guys have it inspected immediately as they cut corners to save time and money on their end but jeopardize your home. So beware and don't use them. As for saving time lol. We are on month 4 of this nightmare and they won't fix any issue. Damaged most of our rain gutters . Scratches all over. But hey that wasn't them. So bew... read more
