What a great experience - start to finish! Great response to all my questions from the company from the outset, with competitive rates. FVR treated us like they WANTED to do the work and be accommodating, other companies i contacted did not even get back to me in a timely fashion or didn't show up to quote at all. Fast, friendly crew did the job (they listen to good music too lol) cleaned up everything as if they were never there - the new roof looks great!
I don’t usually write reviews like this but when a company has been this unprofessional it forces you to make sure other people are aware and to avoid. I just paid over $100,000 to have a metal roof installed on my 2 barns, the job is not completed to contract and promises made so I withheld $6000 until the job was done. They have not returned, also have made zero and any attempt to rectify the current situation. Non existent customer service. Tanya lies to you and treats you like you're stupid and won't notice. So far, you've kept your word on when you would arrive zero times. Why do you tell people you will book them in and then not show up, no phone call, no email, no text, nothing. What type of business practise is this?
We've used Fraser Valley Roofing before at a different property, and I can’t say enough good things about them. After reaching about damage from a wind/rain storm, they arranged for someone to come out very quickly—which I truly did not expect and greatly appreciated. The technician arrived promptly, was friendly and professional, fixed the issue efficiently, and took the time to clearly explain what the problem was.
