Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company.
Fraser Valley Roofing has been in business for a long time, for a reason! I recommend them to clients for roof replacements, and or roof repairs. Their office staff are helpful and polite, their work crews keep their jobsites clean, and the finished product is flawless!
Showed up same day to measure for a quote. steve even went up on the icy roof and secured my tarps that had come off in the overnight wind. Very appreciative of that kindness.
We have used FVR multiple times now and they are the only company we would trust in the future. They did the replacement on our previous home and have since done repairs on our new home (that was a hack job from another company) and have been great all around. The team there is an awesome and takes pride in what they do and the admin in the office has been so helpful with my questions (and then more questions).
I had my roof replaced by them in 2018. Service was great, fast and cost effective. Recently I have a leak. I have connected with the office staff twice and had been told that I would be ‘short-listed’ because I they had done my roof by them. I have not heard back from anyone at Fraser Valley Roofing regarding coming to check out the leak OR repairing it.
