I have been a tenant with Midwest Property Management for over a dozen years, and the staff have always been helpful and professional, ensuring that standards are maintained. I was particularly impressed with Maintenance person - Keno, who went above and beyond the call of duty when I was having heating issues. He worked diligently to solve the problem and keep me informed throughout the process. Finding suitable accommodations in the North can be a challenge, but Midwest was a good choice for me.

I’m very happy with my experience at Fraser Tower! The staff are amazing — especially James, Brichelle, and Leilani, the property manager. They always provide excellent customer service, are quick to respond, and truly care about residents. Leilani does a fantastic job managing the property and keeping everything organized. Overall, the team makes living here comfortable and stress-free. Great job to everyone at Fraser Tower!

Beautiful place to live in. The building is well taken care off. Yellowknife has a common issue with the surroundings, but at the Tower, we still feel home.
