Rude doctor, rude service. Go somewhere better.
Rude front desk. Making excuses when they didnt have any of my records on file. Gave me incorrect contact lenses and refuses to take fault. Dont do business here.
Such a great experience with both the doctor and the staff. Everything was done thoroughly but didn’t take long at all. The receptionists were super friendly and helped me sort out my appointment and exam times with no hassle. Dr Chong was awesome, explained everything he was doing during the exam and even took the time to go over the results with me so I actually understood what it all meant. I felt really well taken care of.
Unfriendly front desk staff. I called to ask about contact lens and I felt immediately shut down. I tried booking online via your website and called again just to check if the booking is confirmed, but your front desk doesn't seem to know about the website's online booking. Sorry to say this but it is front desk's job to be respectful and courteous. I suggest to provide customer service online training for your front desk's improvement.
