Had an excellent experience at this eye clinic in my neighbourhood. The offices are very pleasant, clean, and functional. Tech staff were fast, friendly and efficient. Dr Chong listened to my concerns and gave me a thorough, careful exam. He explained my exam and test results carefully, showing me my images and comparing them to examples of problem eye issues. I took some new frames into this clinic that I’ve been to on a few occasions. I’ve moved out of the neighbourhood and didn’t try to get back there until I needed frames and lenses replaced. After an experience in Burnaby, where I now live I’ve come back to Fraser Street and I won’t leave them ever. The Burnaby place expected me to accept the fact that I would have to wait anywhere from one month to four months to get my new lenses that I desperately needed. Rude doctor, rude service. Go somewhere better.
Rude front desk. Making excuses when they didnt have any of my records on file. Gave me incorrect contact lenses and refuses to take fault. Dont do business here.
