The rest of the staff were really nice! But that dr blazius dude was really rude. Whenever I took a little more time to answer his questions, he would yell at me. He also got mad at my mom for not understanding what was wrong with my eyes when he didn’t even explain it to her. He was not patient at all. I hope he realizes that he’s just a grumpy old man that should be worried about his time on earth left rather than yelling at patients. Not a great first experience there.
They are very friendly and put a lot of effort into making sure your needs are met.
I love Fraser optical they always fix my glasses after bending them, quick and easy. Which makes the glasses incredibly durable. This was my second pair. I'm a forever costumer.
Knowledgable, available, friendly, and professional. Highly recommended.
