Been going here for years. Great Doctor's and Staff.
Starting with the front desk ladies, true ladies so kind and helpful and with a smile on their faces, ready to help - to the very knowledgeable doctor Anthony Paveglio - such a nice happy kind doctor with a good sense of humor - to Allie - the young talented girl that helped me pick a nice frame that made my face look best. Allie was kind, sweet, patient with going through many options of frames that best fit my face shape and colors. Overall - 10 star experience
This was my first time trying to call and schedule an appointment. Worst experience ever! They are rude and so unprofessional! Even the manager. Gave me the runaround saying my insurance is out of network and when I contacted my insurance, I was told I am in network. My insurance company even called on my behalf and when I called back to schedule, they were still very rude. I told them that I will not be scheduling with them.
