This project is by far my favorite. I grew up in Coquitlam and have lived in the Lower Mainland for over 35 years, and I can honestly say this location doesn’t get any more convenient. Highway #1 is just a quick 3-minute drive away, Braid SkyTrain is right around the corner for commuters, and both Surrey and New Westminster are only about 5 minutes in either direction. I asked about availability and pricing and one of the sales lady at the counter said “we can give you floorplans but we are only giving pricing to those who are ready to write. Are you ready to write?” If she really meant that I don’t know how ppl would consider purchasing any unit without knowing the exact price. Or did she mean to ask if I have enough money for deposit? Which would be extremely rude.
