I asked about availability and pricing and one of the sales lady at the counter said “we can give you floorplans but we are only giving pricing to those who are ready to write. Are you ready to write?” If she really meant that I don’t know how ppl would consider purchasing any unit without knowing the exact price. Or did she mean to ask if I have enough money for deposit? Which would be extremely rude.
