My dog swallowed a towel. I called ahead of time to see if they could induce vomiting (I had never been there before), and the doctor on the phone said to bring him in. I live 10 minutes away, and she said to come right away. I got there, and they told me to wait outside - literally outside - because there was another customer in there. They put my 45-pound dog up on the table by grabbing the handle on the back of his harness. I put my arms under him to help lift him because who does that... Brought my cat Lola that was very sick from old age . She passed away 2 days later .The Doctor was truly professional and I thank her from my heart for being compassionate and caring for my dearest cat Lola. I highly recommend this place. God bless
Our dog was attacked by another dog this Thanksgiving, and we weren’t sure what to do. We called Fraser MacDonald Animal Hospital, and they immediately urged us to come in, explaining that what might seem like a small bite could actually be much worse. We rushed over, and the two doctors there took incredible care of our dog. They were kind, thorough, and even stayed late to give him stitches before heading to their own Thanksgiving dinner. We have been going to Fraser-MacDonald for a few years now, after being disappointed by a number of other Toronto vets. Dr.Bureau and her team are very knowlegeable, care about your pets, and are honest. They have never suggested extra tests and treatments, without an explanation. thanks
