By far the best apartment building we have lived in. Kevin, the building manager is incredible at his job, cares about the residents and keeps the grounds beautiful and meticulously maintained. Great management and a very professional team. My experience living in Kelson Group rental buildings has been excellent, they truly take good care of their tenants. The current building manager, Kevin, is outstanding. He is friendly, polite, and highly professional. Whenever I submitted a maintenance request, it was handled quickly and efficiently. Kevin is always responsive and addresses issues without delay. It has been a pleasure dealing with such a dedicated and supportive manager.
Wow!
Our building manager is incredible and truly takes pride in this place. He ensures every corner is spotless and secure. The moment you walk through the doors, the 'aroma of life,' cleanliness, and safety hits your soul. It’s rare to find a manager who cares this much about the resident experience.
Very good
