I called them regarding warranty and its very hard to reach their team as they are not available during work hours i called at 445 when transferred you will just hear music forever and you call them again they are out. Regarding warranty my unit worked great until it broke in 2021 after install in 2017 and again in 2025 now. Warranty is not covered if its not registered before 90 days but no one told me that as I bought the property in 2018. I purchased a Fraser-Johnston central A/C unit for my 1230 sq ft single family home when we built it in 1983. That is 42 years ago! Well, the last 3 days have been over 90 degrees in Needham Mass and the A/C unit continues to work with excellence. "Hope I am not jinxing myself" Spoke to many technicians and they give the new units a 10-15 year life span. Now in Massachusetts you really only use A/C in the summer months , lets say 5 months. so NEW 15 yrs life span times 5 = 75 months is all the units are good for...???? I hav... read more
