We had a very frustrating experience with this clinic. I called on Friday, July 31 at 12:08 p.m. and was given an appointment for Sunday, August 2 at 3:00 p.m. I specifically confirmed the day and time during the call. The staff member also contacted my dog’s previous clinic to request her records.
