The only help they offered was not helpful but very disruptive. My husband ended up with terrible sores from lack of hygiene. They disqualified us from bathing services because we didn't have the grab bars they were supposed to come and advise where to put. Refused to do his compression garments that support his blood pressure and prevent sudden fainting and injurious falls. They did call me about my concerns and said they would get back to me but that was only after they had stopped his service and 2 weeks later I have stil... read more
I went there yesterday at 5:00 PM and waited until 4:30 AM for the doctor to see me. At 4:30 in the morning, they told me that the doctor would arrive at 6:00 AM. When the doctor finally arrived at 6:00 AM, there were about 30 patients already waiting there. So even in the best-case scenario, the doctor wouldn’t have been able to see me until around 11:00 AM. I had to go to work, so I couldn’t stay any longer. I went there at 5:00 PM and ended up waiting until 9:00 AM.
Nurses don't show up for appointments. The office doesn't phone the patients.
The scheduling dept needs improvement. It's hard to get a hold of them & the care aids don't like the way they are reschedulled somewhere else the last minute.
Fraser health home support is not fair, They call and say sorry we have no one for your mother at 7am So we will send a worker at 9.am. But here is how stupid it is the girl showed up a 7am and left ???
